Shipping Policy
Baby sweater offered on Cosycutie are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we embroider that sweater just for you, one at a time for the best quality! This is the reason for the delivery times below.
Shipping Destinations
We offer Worldwide Shipping to most addresses, with a few exceptions, including:
• Small islands and archipelagos
• Military addresses
• Certain U.S. states: Connecticut, Colorado, Washington D.C., Missouri, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and South Dakota
* Please note: Our Express Shipping option is currently available only in the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, and Italy.
Estimate Time Of Arrival
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:
Processing Time
1-2 business days to prepare your order.
Production time
Please allow 6-9 business days for us to hand make your custom item before shipment.
Shipping Time
Depending on your selected shipping method, delivery typically takes:
• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
• Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You can view the shipping price at checkout without processing payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Order page to follow your package’s journey.
Please allow 1–3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information isn’t available immediately, it means the package hasn’t been processed yet, but it’s on its way!
Incorrect Addresses
We will double check your address before shipping, but to ensure the delivery process goes smoothly, make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
• If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
• We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender because you provided the wrong address. The orders will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them.
• For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order. If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Lost or Missing Packages
If the post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail, we will be happy to replace and reship the order or refund your order. Please contact us and we will take care of the issue.

Sometimes the delivery status is updated in advance and you may see your package marked as "delivered" even if you have not received it. It may not have been delivered yet, but it's on its way. Contact us for more details.
Delivery failed due to insecurity
In certain instances, our shipping partners face challenges reaching your doorstep (for example: if you're not home, lack a mailbox, or if feel there's no secure spot for the delivery). Not to worry though – If this happens, your order will be securely held at the nearest PO for your convenience. Kindly assist us by getting in touch with the PO to arrange for the pickup of your order. As a token of appreciation for your cooperation, we'll be refunding 50% of the shipping fee.
Please be aware that the PO can only hold the package for a limited time, approximately one week. If there's no contact made within this period, they will proceed with disposal. So kindly ensure prompt communication with the PO to secure your order. We won't be able to assist or take responsibility if the package is not collected within the specified timeframe.
